CCL partners in launch of Women in Engineering Chapter

Continental Capital Limited (CCL) proudly partnered in the successful launch of the Women in Engineering Chapter, held on 10th April at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe. The event marked a significant milestone in advancing the participation, visibility, and leadership of women in the engineering profession.

The launch brought together industry leaders, aspiring engineers, and key stakeholders, all united by a shared vision of empowering women within technical fields and creating platforms for growth, mentorship, and collaboration.

As part of its commitment to supporting professional communities, CCL sponsored the event and played an active role in the programme. A key highlight of the day was a Financial Literacy session delivered by the CCL team, designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions.

The session focused on empowering women to take control of their financial futures—covering areas such as personal financial planning, investment awareness, and long-term wealth creation. The engagement was highly interactive, with participants gaining valuable insights tailored to their professional journeys.

Beyond the launch, CCL will continue to support the Women in Engineering Chapter as a strategic partner for financial literacy and advisory services at future forums. This ongoing collaboration reflects CCL’s broader vision of deepening its engagement within professional markets and contributing meaningfully to capacity building.

By investing in initiatives such as these, CCL reaffirms its commitment to driving impact, fostering inclusion, and enabling individuals to thrive both professionally and financially.
